Just download it, install while offline an block the automatic updates.

@leocg I just did it, thank you so much. Wow the difference is so drastic. Being back on 99 feels amazing. As someone who relies on browsing for my work, I feel massive relief.

@rijndael9 thanks, I know that but it is marked as experimental and with reason: it's crashy when you try to move a tab, it doesn't update when you add or remove a tab (e.g. doesn't scroll to the end), it's practically unusable.

In Opera 99 it was fully functional and the new Tab Islands is not a good replacement for Tab Scrolling for me.
