My computer crashes when i use Picture in Picture

i go watch yt. grab some video essay. use picture in picture so i watch it while studying. bam. pc freezes and bluescreens. ok wtf. try again. it bluescreens again. try again for like 4 times. it bluescreens every time. and it isnt that my pc is bad either. intel I7 4th generation. gtx 3060

@Stepon15yt Blue screens mean issues with hardware and/or drivers.
