downloads arent downloading

when i press download on literally anything (extenstions, files) it doesnt even show that its doing anything
when i want to download anything, it doesnt even do anything, but when im downloading an extenstion there is an error message that says "FILE_BLOCKED", i havent found a solution on youtube, twitter, reddit, and forums so im posting this here

@stevethepcuserr Something is blocking the download, probably your antivirus.

@leocg nope, i was just dumb enough not to restart my computer, i'd be amazed how restarting a PC can save it, but in turn my discord account got hacked, and there is no way to get it because my old email doesnt even belong to me anymore
