Opera's UI bugs when opening and closing full screen mode.

If I open and exit full screen mode using F11, you can see that the UI elements are bugged.

@pilis00 Seems to happen here on Opera 118 but not on Opera 120

@pilis00 Hello! I hope you're doing well! I wanted to let you know that we've have this issue logged as DNA-121349. At the moment, we don't have clear reproduction steps because, on version 120, it only occurs sporadically. Rest assured, we're actively looking into it and will keep you updated on our progress.

@daria19 Just to mention that it happens also on stable version, 118.0.5461.60.

The GIF I did attach showcases the issue in that version.

Opera UI glitching in full screen? Try this:

Update Opera

Turn off hardware acceleration

Disable extensions

Check display settings

Reinstall Opera if needed

Let me know if the issue continues.
