Can't click on some links & buttons!

Web addresses show when I hover over links or buttons, but nothing happens when I left-click. I need to right-click and open the links in new tabs. Sometimes, that isn't an option and there's nothing I can do. I looked at some similar issues that were solved by removing extensions. I removed all extensions and nothing changed.

Is this already resolved? I'm experiencing the same on my Opera GX. It was working well before but now it's having these problems.
